Trailblazer will provide consultation for the software/Website subject to the condition that the system or any part of it will not be used/sold or given to anybody else without our prior permission.

• The time schedule as mentioned above is subject to change due to reasons beyond our control like natural calamities, war, strike, riot or other reasons and also to the time taken to provide the information required for software/Website development/installation.
• The time schedule and warranty is subject to the payment terms given below. All disputes are subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only
• In any case, the responsibility of Trailblazer will not be more than the charges rendered by you.
• Order processing requires a copy of proposal duly signed and stamped on every page along with advance payment as acceptance of our terms &conditions.
• Any change in the Website shall be chargeable extra.
